I hadn’t meant to hit you with tofu straight after the excesses of Christmas. Truly. It smacks of detox and diet, and other depressing ‘d’ words. If you know me, or read me regularly, you’ll know that’s not what I’m about. I’d rather rub chillies in my eyes, or grate my knuckles on a Microplane ® grater than go on a diet.

people are generally of the misconception that food that looks awful doesn't taste good. as in: fa clarity...people generally believe that because the food looks tasteless...or slimy...or even LOOKS like it smells or taste bad (yes it can) that it generally doesn't taste good. but in this blog you will find that the things we generally shun can be made pretty delicious. enjoy the read...first blog nothing much to add yet.
